9th Avenue Vacation Bible School

Starting Sunday night, everyone is invited to the 9th Avenue church of Christ for her annual Vacation Bible School. This is always one of the highlights of the year. We will begin at 6:30 each evening. There will be classes for all ages, from newborns through adults, as we study the concept of teamwork.

We will be looking at four lessons from God’s Word to help us understand what to do and what not to do as we strive for a common purpose. You will also get to met Moe and Les Le’Goof, who will help our students prepare for their lessons each evening.

The lessons we will study will be:

• Sunday: Pull in the Same Direction (A Lesson in Selflessness)–The Battle of Jericho
• Monday: Carry Your Load (A Lesson in Teamwork)–Israel Defeated at Ai
• Tuesday: Care for Each Other (A Lesson in Devotion)–Ruth
• Wednesday: Step Up to the Front of the Pack (A Lesson in Leadership)–Gideon
