Book Review: "Notes from the Margin of My Bible" by Wayne Jackson
This book has been on my bedstand for many months, and, about once per week I would get it and “work my way” through it. This book will help any Bible student.
Many of us like to make marks in our Bibles to help us study something further or remember a cross-reference, but, sometimes, we do not know how to write those things in such a way that they will “fit” in the margin and still be memorable. This book gives scores of entries you can put in your Bible to help you with nearly every book of the Bible.
The articles are short, so you may decide to do a few each day, or complete a book of the Bible each week. Whatever you decide to do, you will find yourself thinking, “Why didn’t I think of that?”
From ChristianCourier.com the book costs $19.95, and is worth every penny (and more). While I did not enter every single “note” in my Bible, I did enter the vast majority of them. While the book may not be the most visually appealing one on your Bible study shelf, it will certainly be one of the most helpful.
NOTE: If you visit www.ChristianCourier.com, you can get more of brother Jackson’s “Notes.” However, there are many in this book (about 100) that are not on the website. You also can find some on the web, however, that are not in the book. I have started building a notebook of those articles which are not in the book, and entering some of them in my Bible as well.

I love this book! Brother Jackson’s commentary on Revelation has many additional “notes from the margin” at the conclusion. Some great information for any student who wants to understand the Revelation.
