The Faughn Family Podcast Launches Tomorrow!
We announced it at the beginning of June, made many changes over the last several weeks, but we are launching on time. And we couldn’t be more thrilled!
Tomorrow, August 1, is the official launch date of The Faughn Family Podcast. In fact, Leah and I have already recorded the episode, and (I hope) it’s ready to roll.
I hope you are excited about the podcast. We will have an introductory episode tomorrow, then our monthly format will start on August 8.
Two things to keep in mind if you are a blog reader and do not enjoy podcasts too much.
1. The podcast will come to you like any other post, but we will not be doing a zillion posts like this one promoting it. While we have to from time-to-time, we will continue writing as usual and not just podcast promoting. And keep in mind that there is only one podcast per month, so it’s not like you’ll get covered up with podcast show notes if you subscribe to our blog.
2. If you don’t know about podcasts too much, you can listen to the program right on your computer, or it will be available in a few days on iTunes and Stitcher Radio so you can listen anytime, anywhere. That’s the beauty of podcasting over radio. You aren’t bound by our schedule or by your location. You listen whenever you want, wherever you want.
Anyway, we are so excited and we wanted to build a little more interest right before the launch date. The equipment has been purchased, the logo has been made (thanks to Shane), and episode 001 is recorded. Tomorrow, if all goes well, we’ll hit “publish,” and you can enjoy the first episode!
