PtP Update on Tuesday: Taking a “Break”

As I type this, it is 10AM Eastern time, and I am not in a session at Polishing the Pulpit. I am actually missing out on one session, after having already attended 29 since arriving on Friday.

But this is not really a break. I am in our room, typing my bulletin article for the week and getting it to our secretary. So, it is a working break!

PtP is fabulous again this year. I have greatly enjoyed every session I have attended, have been introduced to some “new-to-me” speakers who do a great job, and have been able to dig deeply into God’s Word with many great teachers. Of course, it is also a joy to visit between sessions with so many faithful people, and to enjoy time with my family at meals.

If you aren’t here, you are truly missing out! Make plans as soon as you can to come in 2012, and you will not be disappointed!
