Weekly Blog Round-Up (Baby Shower Edition)

My family is headed out this afternoon to Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, to visit with my sister and her family. She is expecting their 3rd child in mid-August. We are headed to a baby shower tomorrow.

Here are some good articles from the past week, posted on some of my favorite blogs:

  1. Steve Sanders reminds us all to “Obey God, Not Men.”
  2. Jeremiah Tatum has an interesting article regarding “Local Church Membership.”
  3. Drew Kizer writes a brief article on “The Pulpit,” and bring up a famous quote from Moby Dick.
  4. Want to save money on ink for your printer? James Dalton writes a great summary of how to do that on Where Your Treasure Is. Read the article by clicking here.

From the archives of The Faughn Family of Four, please re-read “A ‘Lost Sign’ of Christianity” (originally posted on November 28, 2005).

Also, have you signed up for Agloco yet? My group is slowly building. If you need some motivation, read this article, containing 40 reasons you should join. If (WHEN) you decide to join, please use this link, so I will get the credit.

Have a great weekend, and don’t forget to put the Lord first…especially on His day.

A Legacy of Faith exists to help families survive the day, plan for tomorrow, and always keep an eye on eternity. If you choose to print one of our articles in another publication (e.g., church bulletin), please give credit to the author and provide a link to the article's url. Thank you.
