    I’ve been cleaning out my recipe stash in search of those that have special meaning to me. You know the ones – my mother’s handwriting, my mother-in-law’s handwriting, my daughter’s handwriting when she was a little girl, those from people I have known in the past.     I don’t know if you use up your leftovers at your house or not. I’ve been known to leave them in the refrigerator until they are growing fur and then throw them out.     With warmer weather approaching and many people trying to get in better shape for their summer clothing, I thought I would share this recipe. It is not original to me. I got it from a group of friends who are all supporting each other in their health journey. Enjoy! 1 small box sugar free Jello (any flavor) 2 low fat yogurts (same flavor as Jello) 1 tub sugar free Cool Whip 1 graham cracker crust (can do the Keto crust for even lower carbs) Mix the first three ingredients together until smooth.     “In the good ole summertime” the heat can get us down. The thought of cooking a large meal sounds like torture, but this salad recipe I’m sharing today is so good and filling.     Only one day between trips finds me short on time to write a post. Since it’s been a while since I shared a recipe, I thought it would be helpful if I did – both to me and to you.     Believe it or not, the election is not the only thing that is just around the corner! The holidays are just weeks away, and since I’ve been busy with physical therapy on my new knee, I decided to share a family favorite recipe that will make your holiday meals even better.
